B: What's wrong?
A: I don't get a dial tone.
B: Then hang up the receiver and try again.
A: Same also.
B: This phone is out of order again.

A: 전화기에 이상이 있는 것 같아.
B: 어디가 잘못됐니?
A: 신호가 안 떨어져.
B: 그러면 수화기를 놓았다가 다시 걸어봐.
A: 마찬가지야.
B: 이 전화기 또 고장이네.

전화기가 고장이네요.
The phone is dead.
The phone is out of order.

계속 이상한 소리가 나요.
I keep getting a funny noise.

지지직하는 소리가 나네요.
I get nothing but a lot of static.
I continually hear a buzz.

다이얼을 돌리는 중에 통화 중 신호가 나는군요.
I get a busy signal while dialing.

아마 수화기를 잘못 놓아서 그럴거에요.
Maybe somebody hung up the receiver improperly.

수화기를 바로 두세요.
Put down the phone properly.
Don't leave the phone off the hook.

수화기를 가볍게 몇 번 흔들어 보세요.
Please jiggle the phone a few times.
